Hello and welcome to Enchanted China Mosaics! I love old china, collage, lace, pearls, shabby chic, whimsy and items that have a history! I add a lot of yesterday in the items that I piece together to live again today. I love taking tarnished silver teapots and covering them in a new dressing of vintage china and pearls. A little shabby, a little chic, but beautiful once again in a new way! You never know what you will find on these pages. I make what I feel at the moment and take complete poetic license! It could be very formal and sophisticated or it could be silly and whimsical! A complete mosaic collage! I create in the "pique assiette" method, which loosely translated means "stealer of plates". I don't actually steal dishes, but I am constantly on the hunt for the perfect bit of china to add to my art. I may find my treasures at a local antique shop, rummage sale or thrift shop or I may find a box of broken beauties left on my front porch!

I have just gotten a kiln and have started making my own tiles. I love playing in the clay and seeing what I can come up with that is whimsical and silly. You can see this reflected in some of my mirrors. You too can add "silly", "whimsical" and "fun" to your mosaics Click on the "Etsy" button on any page and go to my shop where you can buy mermaids, flamingos, flowers, fairies, words, dresses, shoes and more to add to your mosaics! If there is a word or silly tile you would like, but don't see, email me and I'll see if I can make it for you.

I pour my heart and soul into everything I make. I hope you can see what I see and find something that "sings to your soul", something that "enchants" you!

Thank you so much for visiting my website, and please come back again!
